What does classification and validation include?
We receive every incoming document (service contracts, delivery notes, supplier invoices, work reports) and classify it by client and type. We validate the key data (VAT number, amounts, dates) before archiving it. Unidentified or duplicate documents are flagged for review.
How do documents reach Killia?
Through the channels you already use: email (forwarding or a dedicated inbox), API or direct upload. You don't have to change the way you work: the flow captures, classifies and archives automatically with full traceability.
Where are documents archived?
